Please note once a complete complaint file has been declared, we are unable to accept any further information or evidence on your claim. From the date of the complete complaint file, we have 90 days to issue a decision on your claim. Until this decision is published, we cannot communicate with either party. For this reason, the messaging system on your portal has been temporarily disabled.
