I would like to lodge an Aviation claim

To lodge a claim against an Airline, you must have already complained to the Airline directly in writing and either, received a final written response (sometimes referred to as a ‘deadlock letter’ or have given the Airline eight weeks to respond to your complaint. CDRL can only accept unresolved complaints.

If you have not complied with the above, then please contact the relevant Airline direct with your complaint. If you have complied and are in possession of a final response or have waited for eight weeks and have not received a response, then please select the link below:
